These spacers help prevent stretched axles and torn boots resulting in axle failure. This occurs with a lowered car, or older model 87 axles with an 88+ diff. If upgrading to Mazda 929 axles, 2 driver side 929 axles are required with one axle spacer. The 929 axles are larger in diameter, stronger, and easier to source. These are machined out of aluminum.
These are currently built to order, allow 4-5 days at minimum for production.
