Designed using our same Type X configuration, this manifold is built to suit Borg Warner EFR turbos that are internally gated, we pushed collector position out slightly further from motor to allow room for boost actuator. This manifold was built using a BW EFR 7163 Gt-VBAND .85AR for mockup. For optimal responsiveness and clearance from brake booster setups, and ample room for down pipe routing, this top mount forward facing turbo manifold places the turbo between runners 1 and 2 and features an external waste gate port. PS and AC friendly. This is the only manifold on the market of this quality with this turbo position.
Features a 304 Schedule 40 CNC billet merge collector in what ever turbo flange application needed, such as Vband, t3, t4, etc.
Fabricated with 1.5" runners made from schedule 10 321 stainless tubing which with stands greater heat and abuse over time compared to 304.
The manifold mounting flange is cnc machined out of 1/2" cold rolled 1018 steel and is stepped to accept schedule 10 pipe and transition smoothly into the head ports.
